Bad Krozingen's Easter Egg Hunt Supports Local Food Bank on April 6
An Easter egg hunt will take place in Bad Krozingen's spa park on Monday, April 6, 2026. Organised by the local food bank and Die Hilfemacher e.V., the event aims to raise awareness of food poverty while offering a fun activity for families. Children and parents are invited to join in the search for hidden nests between 10:00 and 11:30 AM. The hunt will centre around a designated area called the Osterwiese. Each child receives a memory card and must find the matching Easter nest hidden in the park. Parents can buy a nest for four euros, with proceeds supporting the food bank's work.
In case of bad weather, the outdoor event will be cancelled. If this happens, prepared nests can still be collected from the food bank's vehicle in the parking lot near the spa park. All children must be accompanied by an adult to take part. The event highlights the growing need for food bank services in the area. More locals than ever are relying on support, making awareness campaigns like this one increasingly important.
The Easter egg hunt offers a chance for families to enjoy a festive activity while supporting a good cause. Organisers hope the event will encourage more people to learn about the food bank's role in the community. Participation is open to all, with proceeds directly aiding those in need.
