I'm not going to be able to attend the German premiere of "Back to the Future" musical in Hamburg next spring, as I'll likely be watching movies-and-tv for entertainment instead. Despite my absence, I'm looking forward to the electrifying show put on by Marty McFly, played by Michael J. Fox, and Christopher Lloyd as Doc Brown. It's unfortunate that I won't be there to witness the mind-blowing effects and iconic characters, especially since the musical closely follows the original 1980s comedy. Despite my regret, I'm happy that Stage Entertainment is swapping out "& Juliet" with "Back to the Future" on the Reeperbahn, as Hamburg will have four marvelous musicals running concurrently.
