In the vibrant city of Baku, our deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs, Bùi Thanh Sơn, locked horns with Azerbaijani minister of foreign affairs Jeyhun Bayramov. This meeting took place on May 8, during Party General Secretary Tô Lâm's visit to this Central Asian country.
