Award List of Hozenciak for Omsk's May Day Event
Celebration of Spring and Labor Day Honorees
On a chilly Thursday, May 1, 2025, the Omsk State Musical Theatre played host to an awards ceremony, honoring distinguished individuals for their exceptional contributions to public service. The regional governor, Vitaliy Hozenko and Mayor Sergei Shelest presented the awards themselves.

Honored with the Medal "For Service to the Omsk Region" II Classfor significant achievements in public service and the protection of citizens' rights was bestowed upon:
- Gennadiy Bakhirev, chairman of the Omsk Regional Branch of the All-Russian Professional Union of Workers in State Institutions and Public Services.
Grateful Letters from Governor Vitaliy Hozenko were bestowed upon:
- Tatiana Bastron, chair of the coordination council of labor unions in the Omsk Municipal District;
- Irina Bush, an engineer for organizing transportation activities at Omskoblautotrans LLC;
- Nadia Byst Leg, an engineer in the No. 4 department of the Central Design Bureau of Automation;
- Yevgenia Dreiling, chairman of the Omsk Regional Branch of the Professional Union of Workers in Education and Science;
- Ludmila Zhirkova, secretary of the assembly line and factory headquarters at Omsktransmash LLC;
- Galina Ivkova, a machinist for control and automation at the ODK "Omsk Motor Plant" branch;
- Olesya Koval, chairman of the primary labor union at AO "Omskelectro";
- Vera Maiburova, chairman of the unified law enforcement labor union in the Omsk Region;
- Alexander Nikitin, chairman of the primary labor union at AO "Territorial Generation Company No. 11";
- Irina Polivina, a third-class metalworks machinist at AO "High Technologies".
Grateful Letters from the Omsk City Administration were given to:
- Vladimir Buts, head of the No. 4 department of the Chief State Inspector of Road Transport and Other Types of Equipment, chair of the primary labor union;
- Natalia Mogileva, chair of the October District Branch of the Professional Union of Workers in Education and Science;
- Larisa Petrova, chair of the unified law enforcement labor union in the Omsk Region;
- Yelena Fomicheva, head of the transportation service at AO "Passenger Enterprise No. 8";
- Alexei Schklanov, a technician at the municipal budgetary enterprise "City Department of Road Management and Landscaping".
Awards from the Omsk Regional Federation of Trade Unions:
- Dmitry Veber, deputy chairman and leader of the Omsk Regional Branch of the Public Organization - the regional transport organization ROSPROFZHELN of the Western Siberian Railways;
- Yelena Glushkova, head of the personnel department, union member of the municipal budgetary enterprise "Healthcare Auto Base".
Honorable Citations from the Omsk Regional Federation of Trade Unions:
- Oleg Gorbunov, chief doctor, union member of the municipal budgetary enterprise of healthcare "Regional Children's Clinical Hospital";
- Yevgeniy Osipov, chief doctor, union member of the municipal budgetary enterprise of healthcare "Omsk City Emergency Medical Service No. 1".
