Audience at Alfieri Theater for the event titled "our website is with you", graced by Pienone.
In the heart of Italy's picturesque city of Asti, an eager crowd gathered for the annual celebration of Asti's Person of the Year. The event, which sold out weeks in advance, was set to unveil the recipient of this prestigious title.
The evening began with an introduction by deputy director Federico Monga, followed by the presentation of tomorrow's paper's front page, though its contents remained a mystery.
Among the distinguished guests were several notable figures. Massimo Cimino, the CEO of Asp spa, and Pia Bosca, the CEO of Bosca spa, were in attendance. The event also welcomed philosophers, university professors, and editorialists, such as Barbara Carnevali.
The stage was set for a night of intrigue and revelation. As the evening progressed, interviews with various personalities took centre stage. Mayor Maurizio Rasero, chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, and director Chiara Bertola were among those grilled by their respective interviewers.
The highlight of the evening, however, was the interview with Livio Negro, President of CrAsti, conducted by deputy director Federico Monga. The tension was palpable as they delved into topics of importance to the city.
The climax of the event arrived when it was announced that Beatrice Orlandi was the Person of the Year in Asti for 2023. The crowd erupted in applause, celebrating the achievement of this remarkable woman.
The evening was not without its lighter moments. Comedian Luca Bottura provided satire throughout the event, bringing laughter and levity to the proceedings.
Former footballer Gigi Lentini was also present, adding to the star-studded gathering. The evening concluded with a sense of accomplishment and anticipation for the year ahead under the leadership of Asti's Person of the Year, Beatrice Orlandi.
