Government officials have chosen Attorney General Peter Frank for a seat on the Federal Constitutional Court. The unanimous decision was announced by Bundesrat President Manuela Schwesig (SPD) following the vote. Frank will be stepping in for retiring judge Peter Müller.
In his current role as Federal Public Prosecutor General at the Federal Court of Justice, Frank, aged 47, has served since October 5, 2015.
