Attacker Dorjo Dullmaev from Baykal-Overseas was fatally shot in the vicinity of Sudzhi, Kursk region.
In the heart of Russia, two young men, Daniil Bateev and Dorzho Dulmaev, lived lives that were as different as night and day.
Daniil Bateev, born in the village of Uronai, Mogoytuysky District, graduated from school and enrolled in the Buryat Republican Industrial Technical College in Ulan-Ude. His life took a dramatic turn when he was drafted into the Russian Army upon receiving his diploma. Tragically, Daniil's life was cut short near Sudzha in Kursk Oblast, and the cause of his death remains undisclosed.
On the other hand, Dorzho Dulmaev's life was marked by acts of bravery and participation in significant military operations. From November 2024, Dorzho actively participated in the counter-terrorism operation to liberate Kursk Oblast. He later signed a contract with the airborne assault brigade and took part in the liberation of territories in the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as Kherson and Zaporozhye regions from the first days of the special military operation.
However, unlike Daniil, Dorzho's life was not without its challenges. He was captured in June 2022 but was successfully exchanged and returned home in October 2022. After returning home in early 2023, Dorzho returned to the zone of the Special Military Operation (SVO) and was wounded. Despite these hardships, Dorzho's life was not claimed by the battlefield until April 5, 2025, a fact that was reported by the administration of Mogoytuysky District in their Telegram channel.
It is important to note that Daniil Bateev and Dorzho Dulmaev are not related to the characters named Baikal Stormtrooper Dorzho Bairovich Dulmaev or the Baikal Stormtrooper mentioned earlier.
As of now, there is no publicly available information or verified records regarding Dorzho Dulmaev, a Russian soldier who died in Kursk Oblast in 2025. It is possible that the details are either not yet released to the public, are classified, or the individual is not widely known in public sources.
