Attack on Kharkiv Oblast by Russian drones leaves two individuals hurt, with extensive damage and destruction documented
In the early hours of Tuesday, September 16, Russian attacks on Kharkiv Oblast, a region in eastern Ukraine, resulted in a series of incidents causing casualties and damage.
According to the available information, two men were injured in these attacks. One of the injured individuals, a 63-year-old man, sustained a blast injury in a Russian FPV drone attack on Kupiansk around 10:00 on the same day. Another 82-year-old man was injured in a Russian attack on the village of Osynove in the Kupiansk district at approximately 11:00 on September 16.
The village of Tymofiivka was another area affected by the attacks. Houses, outbuildings, and a building of a disused outpatient clinic were damaged in the village. Furthermore, a house was destroyed in the village of Lemishchyne.
In addition to these incidents, the Zolochiv hromada in the Bohodukhiv district was hit by FPV drones. The attacks also resulted in the destruction of a house in the village of Kupiansk.
It's important to note that no specific information was found regarding any other persons injured near Kupiansk on the morning of September 16 due to Russian attacks.
These attacks serve as a grim reminder of the ongoing conflict in the region and the continued impact it has on the civilian population. The Ukrainian authorities are working diligently to assess the damage and provide aid to those affected.
