Klassy's first year at Fresno State has seen the university enter its final year in the Mountain West Conference. The conference has been a home to Fresno State since its membership in 1999. Valley Children’s Stadium, a key venue, has hosted major events such as Fresno’s first-ever concert by Shakira in August 2025, demonstrating its capacity and prominence as a central athletic and event facility in Fresno.
