At the Alte Messe, the Children's Night Race 2025 is set for August 10th this year.
Leipzig, Germany is set to host the 21st Children's Night Race and the 1st International Roverchallenge on August 10th, 2025. Due to construction work around the cycling track, the event will take place at the "Alte Messe Leipzig" grounds on Straße des 18. Oktober 44, 04103 Leipzig.
Organiser Andreas Frank expressed his gratitude towards all partners and volunteers for their support in making this event possible. One such partner, the "Zweiradcenter Stadler", has generously provided their entire parking lot for the event.
The Roverchallenge is an exciting competition for space enthusiasts aged 10 to 16, where participants build and race their own off-road bicycles. Meanwhile, children aged 3 to 12 can register for the hobby races starting from 10 am.
In a heartening gesture, two euros from each participant's entry fee will be donated to Wolfsträne e.V., a local charity organisation. The Children's Night Race will also contribute to this donation, with the earnings from the Tombola also being included.
The racetrack for the Children's Night Race will be set up on the Straße des 18. Oktobers, promising an exciting and thrilling experience for all participants. With over 400 registrations already received, the event promises to be a lively and competitive affair.
The starting shot for the races will be fired at 10 am, with the first races commencing at 11 am. Registrations for children aged 3 to 11 are open now at www.kindernachtrennen.de.
