Lastly, but regrettably, much too late
At Last, but Regrettably Too Late
Finally, the constitutional state is no longer merely observing its enemies of the constitution, but also forcefully breaks down doors at 6 a.m.
Unfortunately, this development comes much too late. If the violent terrorist attack on Israel had not occurred, we would not see police officers and state security agents engaging in a nationwide raid this morning.
The Hamburg Office for the Protection of the Constitution has been monitoring the "Islamic Center Hamburg e.V." (IZH) since its first constitutional protection report, dating back 30 years. After the "Islamic Revolution" in 1979, the association transformed into one of Iran's most influential institutions, not only in Germany spirit. Regarded as an outpost of the Iranian terror regime, it operates under the guidance of instructions.

Addressing Extremism
Hamburg's Senator for the Interior, Andy Grote (55, SPD), described the association responsible for the "Imam Ali Mosque" as "a clearly extremist and anti-democratic institution." This persistent assessment by the Hamburg Office for the Protection of the Constitution was confirmed by the Administrative Court.

A Delayed Response
Hamburg's head of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Torsten Voß, stated, "For three decades, the Hamburg Office for the Protection of the Constitution, in its role as an early warning system for democracy, has publicly and regularly reported on the extremist activities and anti-democratic aims of the IZH. We are pleased that the Hamburg Administrative Court has confirmed our assessment of the IZH. We will continue to report on the dangers posed by Iranian Islamists in our report on the protection of the constitution and in detail on our website."
But why did it take 30 years for the security authorities to finally take action? Why was it only after a devastating act of terrorism and open anti-Semitism and hatred of Jews in German streets that the constitutional state actively defended itself?
I expect a resilient democracy to confront enemies of the constitution early on, not to merely observe and shrug its shoulders. Everyone knows that Iran is among the primary supporters of Hamas and has offered considerable aid for the terrorist attack on Israel.
Support for Security Authorities
Hopefully, our politicians will finally comprehend that our security authorities require our unwavering support – both legally and in terms of resources and personnel.
Defense of Our Democracy
A resilient democracy necessitates strong defenders. They are our police officers and constitutional guardians. It is now about time to equip them to effectively protect our country.
Nationwide Raid
In response to the terrorist attack in Israel, a nationwide raid was conducted this morning, but unfortunately, it came too late.
Hamburg politician Schneider Frank commented on the "Islamic Center Hamburg e.V." (IZH), describing it as a "clearly extremist and anti-democratic institution."
According to the Hamburg Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the IZH has been under surveillance since its first constitutional protection report 30 years ago, due to its connections to Iran's terror regime.
The head of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Torsten Voß, confirmed that they will continue to report on the dangers posed by Iranian Islamists in their reports and on their website.
