Additionally, Artyukhov announced that affected families and individuals are eligible for an emergency payment of 50,000 rubles and 20,000 rubles, respectively. He also tasked his deputy along with the district head, to explore supplementary support measures to aid the afflicted in restoring their properties.

The flooded suburban dachas remain submerged. News arises of a fire pump station from Tazovsky being dispatched to bolster the rescue crew, which will facilitate draining the flooded zones.

Andrei Gararin, the deputy governor of Yamal, shared this update. Teams from "Yamalspas" and the Russian EMERCOM are actively involved in the relief efforts. In total, over 240 personnel and 63 units of equipment from several departments have been enlisted. Water levels are monitored daily, even employing drones for surveillance.

In Tarko-Sale, 210 vaccinations have been carried out. The district leader, Kirill Trazhnikov, reported that reinforced sections vulnerable to flooding are being addressed, and flooded areas in the industrial sector are being drained. To the public's relief, the Tarko-Sale Airport is functioning normally.

The Pur district administration's online page reported a decrease of another four centimeters in water level at the city cemetery within the past 24 hours. Once the water subsides, disinfection procedures will commence.
