Representatives from 15 member federations attended the General Assembly to plan the sport's future in Asia.

The assembly expressed heartfelt appreciation towards UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and prominent Emirati officials for their persistent support of camel racing. Additionally, gratitude was extended to Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE Camel Racing Federation, for his warm hospitality.

Abdullah Mubarak Al Muhairi was re-elected as ACRF President for a second term, starting in May 2025 and ending in May 2029. Prince Sultan bin Saud bin Abdullah Al Saud and Sheikh Saeed Al Ghafli were chosen as First and Second Vice Presidents, respectively.

Four new members joined the Executive Office: Ali Mohammed Bakhit Al Aqilat, Ali bin Mohammed Al Fadhel Al Marri, Haider Khan Abbas Lahri, and Batardeni Chandmani, the Women's Representative.
