'The Bads of Bollywood', a Netflix production under Gauri Khan's banner, Red Chillies Entertainment, features an ensemble cast including three Khans of Bollywood - Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan. Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan stars as himself and narrates the story. The show follows the journey of an aspiring male actor, delving into themes of ambition, personal sacrifice, and insider-outsider dynamics in the industry.

Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, has made his debut as a writer-director with this show. Emraan Hashmi, Ranbir Kapoor, Badshah, Karan Johar, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Sara Ali Khan, SS Rajamouli, Disha Patani, Orry Awatramani, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Rajkummar Rao, Neelam Kothari, Bhavana Pandey, Seema Sajdeh, Shalini Passi, Shanaya Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor, Shakti Kapoor, Gulshan Grover, and Ranjeet had cameo roles in 'The Bads of Bollywood'.

Zoya Akhtar, daughter of Javed Akhtar and Honey Irani, sister of Farhan Akhtar, made her directorial debut with 'Luck By Chance'. The show, backed by Excel Entertainment, co-owned by Zoya Akhtar's brother, revolves around the life of a struggling actor in Bollywood. The lead role was played by Farhan Akhtar.

'Luck By Chance' highlights dreams, compromises, friendships, rejections, and the lucky break that changes a struggling actor's life. The screenplay was written by Javed Akhtar. Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Rani Mukerji, Kareena Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Akshaye Khanna, John Abraham, and Ranbir Kapoor had cameo appearances in 'Luck By Chance'.

On Reddit, some users compared Zoya Akhtar's 'Luck By Chance' and Aryan Khan's 'The Bads of Bollywood', noting their similarities. One Reddit user pointed out that both shows focus on the struggles of aspiring actors, but 'Luck By Chance' centers more on a character named Sona, while 'The Bads of Bollywood' seems to be more about meta humor. One user praised 'Luck By Chance' for its nuanced take on stardom, while another found 'The Bads of Bollywood' to be irreverent and fun.

Both shows have been noted for their Bollywood cameos, adding an extra layer of intrigue for fans of the industry. As the two shows continue to gain popularity, it will be interesting to see how they influence the future of Bollywood storytelling.
