The move reunites Williams with Lamine Yamal, as the two caused chaos on opposing flanks at Euro 2024 last summer.
This transfer may signal the end of Marcus Rashford's dreams of joining Hansi Flick's side. Rashford, desperate to land the "dream move", has even offered to take a significant wage cut.
