Arrest made in murder case of Reynosa's district attorney from Monday

According to reports, Jaret Roberto "H" is a member of "Los Metros," a faction of the Gulf Cartel, one of the main groups responsible for fuel trafficking in the region. The arrest took place at a rehabilitation center in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, the same city where the crime occurred.
The homicide occurred on Monday, with the assailants throwing a grenade at Vázquez's black Cadillac SUV. The attack occurred on Reynosa's Miguel Hidalgo Boulevard, and the prosecutor was dragged out of the burning vehicle and shot.
The FGR tracked a vehicle involved in the attack, which led to the identification and location of the suspect, Jaret Roberto "H". The investigation revealed that Jaret Roberto "H" was the target of a pre-existing arrest warrant.
During the arrest, federal agents and military forces seized two long guns, ammunition, and drugs. The seized evidence was announced by the Federal Attorney General's Office (FGR).
The FGR also stated that information found on Jaret Roberto "H"'s cellphone confirmed his direct involvement in the homicide. The investigation into Monday's attack continues, with authorities searching for other suspects involved in the crime.
