Arnsberg's Poetry Slam Tour kicks off with audience-driven performances
A poetry slam event is coming to the Sauerland Theater in Arnsberg on Tuesday, April 14. The City of Arnsberg's Cultural Office is organising the evening, which will feature live spoken-word performances from well-known artists. Audience members will get to vote for their favourite act.
The South Westphalia Poetry Slam Tour will kick off at 8:00 PM. Jan Schmidt will host the event, guiding the audience through performances by Marie Lemor, Sven Stickling, Hannah Abelius and Elif Duygu. A special segment will also highlight the Hochsauerland district, adding a local touch to the evening.
Tickets are available now for €15.50, with a reduced price of €10 for eligible attendees. They can be bought online at reservix.de or at select presale locations. For those who prefer to decide last-minute, tickets will also be sold at the door on the night.
The winner of the slam will be chosen by the audience, making the event interactive and engaging. With a mix of established performers and regional celebration, the evening promises a lively showcase of spoken-word talent.
