This renewed sector now involves hundreds of companies in weapons production, making a crucial contribution to Ukraine's defense efforts against Russia. The recent surge in productive capacity is evidenced by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov's statement that Ukrainian companies have boosted their industrial capacity to produce up to four million drones annually.
Following the NATO summit in The Hague, Ukraine signed agreements on joint drone production with the UK and Denmark as a strategic move to bridge the gap between its current manufacturing capabilities and existing funds. By assembling drones in the UK with British funding, Ukraine aims to gain access to cutting-edge military technology. Denmark has also jumped on board, paving the way for further collaborations with other European nations.
