Armed attackers target a vehicle in Manipur, resulting in the fatal shooting of two Assam Rifles soldiers and injuring five others.

The terrorism attack took place around 6 pm on National Highway 2 in the Nambol Sabal Leikai area. The unprovoked bout of automatic weapon fire by unidentified terrorists disrupted the routine journey of the paramilitary forces, who were heading from Imphal to Bishnupur district.
