Here's the scoop on a recent development that's got folks talking: Emilie Kiser, a popular influencer, has managed to put the brakes on the release of certain docs connected to her 3-year-old son's demise.
Some time back, Kiser slapped a lawsuit on multiple Maricopa County offices to halt the spread of her son Trigg's death records like wildfire. Poor little Trigg took a nasty dip in a backyard pool on May 12 and kicked the bucket on May 18 following six grueling days in the hospital.
According to NBC affiliate KNPX from Phoenix, authorities discovered an unconscious tot being yanked out of a pool when they responded to a drowning call in Chandler, AZ.
Kiser's suing for privacy reasons, as over a hundred requests were flung at the city of Chandler and Maricopa County Medical Examiner's Office post-Trigg's demise. The suit states her desire to mourn in peace, but the public's got other plans. Kiser's also a mom to a 2-month-old son, Theodore, with hubby Brady Kiser.
The suit mentions Kiser hasn't nosed around the autopsy reports, camera footage, or other records the public's been buzzing about, and she's got no plans to wolf down that info any time soon.
Kiser's legal eagles have remained tight-lipped, refusing to dish out a comment when hit up for one on June 3.
