Approximately 78,000 students - a mix of boys and girls - are gearing up for some serious studying as of the Easter holidays. This is because the written Abitur exams are set to commence in North Rhine-Westphalia on April 29. As per the Ministry of Education's announcement, around 70,000 students from public and private grammar schools, comprehensive schools, vocational training colleges, and Waldorf schools will start their journey then. From May 6, approximately 7,800 students at vocational colleges will take their exams.
