Eligibility and Application
To be eligible for the COMPRESSPORT Youth Trail Team, applicants must be within a certain youth age range, typically teens to early 20s, and show potential or achievement in trail running. Team Structure and Leadership
The team will be led by Athlete Manager, Carla Ryan, who will provide race advice, equipment, and team gathering support. Arnaud Menetrier will oversee sports performance tests and training advice for the team, while Jasmin Frank will lead product workshops. The team is intended for 10 young athletes aged 16 to 21, and will continue to receive support and guidance from COMPRESSPORT trail athletes.
Corporate Social Responsibility
The creation of the COMPRESSPORT Youth Trail Team is part of the brand's Corporate Social Responsibility project and its commitment to supporting the new generation, with a focus on education, inclusion, and diversity. Digital communication training will be provided by Bénédicte Perron.
Ongoing Support
Selected athletes will continue to have opportunities to participate in races, meet-ups, product workshops, and digital communication training. They will also be invited to races and meet-ups with athletes from the COMPRESSPORT trail team.
