Apple TV+ Unveils 'Down Cemetery Lane' on October 29
Apple TV+, currently hailed as the top streaming service, is set to unveil 'Down Cemetery Lane' on 29 October. The show stars Emma Watson as Zoe Boehm, an unconventional private investigator who finds herself entangled in a mystery beyond her usual cases of infidelity and lies. The trailer hints at a government cover-up and a fugitive on the run, aided by Zoe Bohm.
Zoe Boehm's latest case begins when Sarah Tucker (Ruth Wilson) engages her to investigate a house explosion in an Oxford suburb. Sarah believes a child is still missing, but Zoe Boehm soon discovers she's been drawn into something much larger. The show's tone is said to be reminiscent of Gary Oldman's performance in 'Slow Horses', with Emma Watson's character delivering sharp, sardonic remarks. As Zoe Boehm digs deeper, she uncovers a web of deceit that suggests a government conspiracy.
With its promising cast and intriguing premise, 'Down Cemetery Lane' is set to be a gripping addition to Apple TV+'s lineup. The first two episodes will premiere on 29 October, with weekly releases following. As of December 2023, there is no record of such a series on the platform, suggesting it's a yet-to-be-released production.
