Apple's streaming service, Apple TV+, has garnered a remarkable 52 Emmy nominations across various categories, such as Outstanding Drama Series, Comedy Series, and prominent acting nominations in both drama and comedy categories, including Lead Actor and Lead Actress in Drama Series.

Apple garners a record-breaking 52 Emmy Award nominations, with "Ted Lasso" heading as the most nominated comedy and the debut series "Severance" securing a nomination for Outstanding Drama.

Apple TV+ made a significant impact at the 74th Emmy Awards in 2022, securing 52 nominations across 13 titles. The streaming service's notable show, Severance, made its Emmy debut with 14 nominations, including the first Outstanding Drama Series nomination for Apple TV+.

"Severance" is a thought-provoking series about employees at Lumon Industries who have undergone a severance procedure, surgically dividing their memories between their work and personal lives. Adam Scott, John Turturro, Christopher Walken, Patricia Arquette, and many others delivered standout performances, earning nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series (twice), Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, and Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, among others.

Another Apple TV+ production, "Ted Lasso," continued its success by becoming the most nominated comedy series for the second year in a row with 20 nominations. Jason Sudeikis, Brett Goldstein, Toheeb Jimoh, Nick Mohammed, Sarah Niles, Juno Temple, Hannah Waddingham, Harriet Walter, James Lance, and Sam Richardson were all recognised for their performances, with nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series (three times), Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series (three times), Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series, Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series, Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Program (Half-Hour), Outstanding Casting for a Comedy Series, Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing (twice), Outstanding Contemporary Hairstyling, Outstanding Sound Editing for a Comedy or Drama Series (Half-Hour) and Animation, and Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Comedy or Drama Series (Half-Hour) and Animation.

Other Apple TV+ productions that received Emmy nominations include "The Morning Show," which found its team emerging from the wreckage of previous actions, with a star-studded cast including Greta Lee, Ruairi O'Connor, Hasan Minhaj, Holland Taylor, Tara Karsian, Valeria Golino, and Julianna Margulies. The series earned nominations for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, and Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series.

"Schmigadoon!" is a musical comedy series co-created by Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio, and hails from Broadway Video and Universal Television. The show received nominations for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics, Outstanding Music Composition for a Series (Original Dramatic Score), Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Program (Half-Hour), Outstanding Choreography for Scripted Programming, and Outstanding Main Title Design.

"Central Park," an animated musical comedy series produced for Apple by 20th Television Animation, received a nomination for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance (Stanley Tucci).

Apple TV+ also received nominations for "Carpool Karaoke: The Series," "Lisey's Story," "Pachinko," "Foundation," "See," and "They Call Me Magic." Each of these productions showcases Apple TV+'s commitment to delivering high-quality, engaging content for its subscribers.
