Apartments Levelled, 93 Individuals Hurt by Drones in Novorossiysk

In the wake of a devastating drone strike, 95 apartments in Novorossiysk find themselves in shambles, leaving two buildings in ruins. Andrei Kravchenko, city head, confirmed the wreckage, stating, "Damaged apartments due to this bastardly attack by the Kyiv regime continue to be repaired. As soon as the danger signal was withdrawn, our workers jumped into action to secure the area and repair the damaged residences."

Luciddly enough, the Eastern district of the city bore the brunt of a shockwave from the strike, shattering windows in 22 apartments. Promising prompt replacements, authorities are working tirelessly to get the ball rolling.

In the "Aurora" residential complex, located on Myskhakskoe Highway, no less than 31 apartments faced the wrath of the attack, with windows, the building's facade, and personal belongings suffering the damage. Meanwhile, in a multi-apartment building on Suvorovskaya Street, a double whammy hit, as two apartments were wiped out completely, with 42 sustaining varying degrees of damage.

Kravchenko emphasized the city's priority should be compiling inspection reports expeditiously to enable residents to secure much-needed funds and aid for their restitution efforts. He added that, presently, no temporary accommodations are necessary.

The drone attack on the city declared a state of emergency, resulting in a handful of injuries, with five casualties confirmed, including two children. Overnight on May 3, air defense forces fended off 47 Ukrainian drones over the Krasnodar region.
