Anya Taylor-Joy stuns in custom Jacquemus at Mario Galaxy Tokyo event
Anya Taylor-Joy took the customized route in a look from Jacquemus for the 'The Super Mario Galaxy Movie' photo call in Tokyo on Thursday.
The 'Dune: Part Three' actress sported a statement-making saucer hat, featured as a motif through Jacquemus' fall 2026 ready-to-wear collection. The customized look was crafted with a high-waisted skirt with a formfitting silhouette and flared petal hem.
The blush pink garment was paired with a cropped bandeau strapless top and further augmented with the saucer hat, which settled on Taylor-Joy's head to frame her face. The spring-inspired color scheme of the look followed through with her strappy sandal heels by Giuseppe Zanotti.
As for accessories, the actress wore rings by Tiffany & Co., including the knot ring and the knot double-row ring. The actress serves as an ambassador for the high-end jewelry label and previously starred in Tiffany & Co.'s 2025 holiday campaign. Taylor-Joy's look was curated by stylist Ryan Hastings.
Taylor-Joy's photo call attire was inspired by a design featured in Jacquemus' fall 2026 ready-to-wear collection, which made its runway debut as part of Paris Fashion Week last January. Curated by founder and creative director Simon Porte Jacquemus, the French luxury fashion house mined '80s power dressing for the array of designs.
"The Super Mario Galaxy Movie" is the sequel to 2023's "The Super Mario Bros. Movie." The film follows Mario, voiced by Chris Pratt, and his friends as they leave the Mushroom Kingdom to battle new and familiar foes in a faraway galaxy. The film hits theaters April 1.
