Dive into the thrilling world of tennis as the Stuttgart tournament gets underway, with a surprising twist! Alexander Zverev, the usual star of the show, isn't making his debut until later. Instead, it's Jan-Lennard Struff, one of the four German main draw participants, who'll hit the court first. Struff squares off against the Italian Matteo Arnaldi in his opening round match on Monday, starting no earlier than 3 PM CET (DF1 and ServusTV On).

While Zverev's French Open journey ended in the quarterfinals last week, we expected him to join forces with his fellow Germans in Stuttgart not before June 13, 2025. However, the tennis sensation threw a curveball, stepping into the second round of the Boss Open on June 12, 2025, outclassing Corentin Moutet in a nail-biting encounter to storm into the quarterfinals.

As for the rest of the German crew at the tournament, Karlsruhe native Yannick Hanfmann and Nuremberg prodigy Justin Engel round out the roster. The prize money for this year's grass tournament totals 751,630 euros.
