Anticipated Release Date for Ginny & Georgia Season 4,Plus Cast and Plot Details Revealed, and Exclusive Insights on the Upcoming Season

Ready to dive deeper into the latest? Ginny & Georgia's dramatic return confirmed!

Let's recap the heart-wrenching Season 3 finale: Georgia (Brianne Howey) finds herself in jail, accused of murdering Tom Fuller, Cynthia's husband. Initially, her family sticking by her side, but as promises of aid from PI Gabriel Cordova (ooh, mystery man!) emerged, Georgia's past as a serial killer suspect began to taint public perception, thanks to her two deceased husbands and Ginny's (Antonia Gentry) incriminating poem from Season 2.

Faced with mounting evidence, Georgia's kids fought for her release. Ginny's world unraveled when Marcus (oy vey, heartbreak!) admitted he didn't love her. Family upheaval escalated as Ginny and Austin were removed from Georgia's home, instilling fears of Gil's (yikes!) violent tendencies. To top it all off, Paul announced his divorce (slam the door on that one!). But don't worry, the courtroom testimony took a wild turn when Austin falsely accused Gil of killing Tom with a pillow, shifting public opinion and ultimately securing Georgia's acquittal. Surprise, surprise, it was all Ginny's secret plan to protect Austin!

So, will there be a Season 4? Hell yeah!

Netflix has given the green light for not one, but two seasons to come! Keep calm and stream on, because it's happening!

In late May 2023, Netflix officially announced the renewal of both Seasons 3 and 4. The production team has wasted no time either; just weeks after revealing the Season 3 release date, they've already dived into Season 4 production.

A sneak peek into their writing room, shared on the official Ginny & Georgia Instagram, suggested that Season 4 will be as juicy as a scandal-filled small-town soap opera. "First day of the Season 4 writer's room!!! Based on today alone, Season 4 is going to be a RIDE," they wrote inFebruary 2025.

So far, filming dates for Season 4 haven't been disclosed yet. But based on previous seasons, it's expected to begin shooting in the latter half of 2025 or early 2026.

Season 3 started production almost a year before it premiered on Netflix[4]. Therefore, using that pattern, we might expect to see Season 4 drop on our screens around late 2026 or early 2027.

What to watch out for in Season 4

Season 4 will undoubtedly delve deeper into the evolving relationships within the Miller family and the town of Wellsbury. While plot details are under wraps, creator Sarah Lampert has hinted that Seasons 3 and 4 were planned together, ensuring a cohesive narrative[3]. The core cast—Brianne Howey, Antonia Gentry, Diesel La Torraca, Jennifer Robertson, Felix Mallard, and Sara Waisglass—will be back to continue their twisted, emotional rollercoaster ride[4].
