I'm not going to be a big fan of this new movie, "The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum," releasing in December 2027, as it's being directed by someone other than Peter Jackson.The infamous Gollum, famously portrayed by Andy Serkis, will take center stage in this film, which is set for release by Warner Bros. in 2027.Despite the initial release plan being for 2026, the film was pushed back a year to ensure its quality.While Andy Serkis is an excellent fit for the role of Gollum, I'm still not entirely sold on the idea of him directing the movie.
