For the second time in Rostock, IG Metall has placed the spotlight on their wage negotiation demands at wind turbine manufacturer, Nordex. Boasting an impressive turnout of around 250-300 employees, the union rally took place on Wednesday afternoon at the production facility where nacelles are constructed, among other things. Union representative, Stefan Schad, was thrilled with the attendance, as employees from other Rostock sites joined in.

Having conversed on the most recent talks with Nordex, Schad commended the progress made, stating: "We've made strides in the negotiations. It is worth acknowledging."
