In the video, the couple used a cake reveal, cutting into a blue-filled cake to announce the news. Ana joked about soon living with three men, referring to her husband and two sons. The couple's journey to parenthood was not easy. After years of trying, they welcomed their first watch through fertility treatment. Remarkably, Ana had a dream years ago where she walked with two boys, one older and one younger, which is now her reality. The couple conceived their second child using the same therapy that worked for their first watch. Ana Johnson and her husband are overjoyed to be expecting another boy. They look forward to welcoming their second son into their family, having already experienced the joy of parenthood with their first watch, Maui.
