In a grand ceremony, His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait, welcomed a diverse group of ambassadors representing various countries accredited to Kuwait. The diplomats hailed from nations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
The ceremony was attended by several high-ranking officials, including the Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya, the Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, and the Director of the Office of His Highness the Amir, Lieutenant General Jamal Al-Theyab. The Commander of the Amiri Guard, Major General Bader Al-Sahloul, and the Undersecretary of Amiri Diwan, Sheikh Abdulaziz Meshal Mubarak Al-Sabah, were also present.
The day began with the presentation of credentials by Dr. Adam Abdo Hassan, the Ambassador of the Republic of Niger. This was followed by the accreditation of Hassan Sogo, the Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal. The Ambassador of the Republic of Liberia, Dr.Brahima Diakite Kaba, and Badero Aguemon, the Ambassador of the Republic of Benin, also presented their credentials.
The ceremony continued with the accreditation of Michal Cholewa, the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland. The day was significant as it marked the beginning of diplomatic relations between these nations and Kuwait.
Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol Affairs and Minister Plenipotentiary Abdulmohsen Al-Zaid was also present, ensuring the smooth running of the event. The ceremony was a testament to Kuwait's commitment to fostering strong diplomatic relations with nations worldwide.
