In the charming town of Altrandsberg, there's a lot happening today, Wednesday, the 17th of September.
The Recycling Centre is open from 13:00 to 17:00, giving residents ample time to drop off their recyclables. Remember, the deadline for deliveries is 16:50.
Meanwhile, the Women's Association is participating in the Trachtenverein's founding festival. They will be part of a church procession, and their distinctive blue scarves will be on display. The meeting point for the Women's Association is the Haus des Gastes at 16:45.
The Trachtenverein itself is hosting a festival, and it seems the Women's Association isn't the only group involved. The Local Council will also be in attendance, with the newest member, Peter Schulz, attending Helmtraud Elgner's funeral ceremonies.
Speaking of Helmtraud Elgner, her funeral ceremonies are taking place today as well. It's a sombre occasion, marking the loss of a long-standing member of our community.
As for the Local Council, they have a meeting scheduled for tomorrow, the 18th of September, at 13:45. The meeting will take place at the clubhouse. The purpose of the meeting is to participate in the funeral ceremonies.
Lastly, the Shooting Club is busy too. They are conducting training sessions today, with adults starting at 19:30 and students and youth starting at 18:00.
