American rock band Alter Bridge is set to release their eighth studio album, titled "Alter Bridge," on January 9, 2026, via Napalm Records. The album, produced by their longtime collaborator Michael "Elvis" Baskette, features 12 tracks with some of their longest and most epic works to date.

The album was recorded earlier this year at Wolfgang Van Halen's 5150 studio in California and at Michael "Elvis" Baskette's Studio Barbarosa in Orlando, Florida. The full tracklist includes:

In support of the new album, Alter Bridge will embark on the "What Lies Within" tour starting January 15, 2026. This extensive European tour will run through March 5, ending in London, U.K., and will feature 31 dates. Support acts for this tour will be Daughtry and Sevendust.

The European tour dates include shows in Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Croatia, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, and Belgium, as well as stops in Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Berlin, Gliwice, Budapest, Vienna, Zagreb, Rome, Bergamo, Zurich, Lyon, Barcelona, Lisbon, Madrid, Bordeaux, Luxembourg, Oberhausen, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, Brussels, Newcastle, Manchester, Dublin, Glasgow, and London.

Tickets for the tour go on general sale on July 18, 2025. The tour in the United Kingdom consists of five arena shows in Newcastle, Manchester, Dublin, Glasgow, and London, with the UK leg wrapping up on March 5, 2026, at The O2 in London. The specific dates for the UK arena shows in the tour are in early March.

Pre-orders for the album are available across various formats. The tour and album mark a major return for Alter Bridge, with the new material described as some of their most fluid and ready to stand alongside their classic hits.
