Fella Takes Out Ukrainian Drones with Trusty Hunting Rifle in Irkutsk
Alexander Sibiryak of Zuyev described his actions of taking down enemy drones in Novomaltinsk.
Alexander Zuev, a local resident from Usoleisky District, shows no fear as he handles drone menaces and openly admits to his unconventional methods. Yesterday, the villagers, including Zuev, successfully brought down several Ukrainian drones before the authorities arrived. The news was shared by the Telegram channel of the video agency "Ruptly".
- Witnessing the drones on the road, we quickly realized what they were. The other side was busy tampering with them as they plummeted and blew up, Zuev recalled.
Zuev's encounter with the drones took place at a construction site in Novomalinsk, where he heard gunshots and noticed white smoke in the air. When asked about the incident, he referred to it as a "preemptive civilian action before law enforcement arrived." While some men took aim at the drones, others focused on putting out the destroyed remains.
Previously, we reported on Timofeev, a suspect linked to drone attacks from trucks, who managed to flee to Kazakhstan. His mysterious wife posted a photo from the car, declaring they were bound for Astana with a dog and a cat.
