Album "Riize" maintains leadership on Oricon chart, as first LP
Rising K-pop boy band Riize is making waves across the globe with their extensive concert tour, "Riizing Loud," following the triumphant success of their full-length album "Odyssey." Released on May 19, 2025, "Odyssey" has been a game-changer for the group, with standout tracks like "Bag Bad Back" and "Ember to Solar (잉걸)" receiving widespread acclaim for their powerful choreography and rhythm-driven melodies.
The tour kicked off earlier this month with three sold-out shows in Seoul, attracting over 93,000 fans in total, a testament to Riize's explosive popularity both domestically and internationally. As the tour continues its journey, Riize is set to perform for the first time in Malaysia on August 16, 2025, at IDEA LIVE KL in Kuala Lumpur. Tickets are available with various price tiers ranging from MYR 398 to MYR 898. The North American leg of the tour begins on October 30, 2025, at the Rosemont Theatre in Rosemont, Illinois. The tour includes stops in New York City, Washington, D.C., Duluth, Georgia, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Mexico City.
Before the North American tour commences, Riize will also perform at the Austin City Limits Music Festival during the first weekend of October. Tickets for the North American shows will go on sale to the general public on August 8, 2025, with several presale opportunities for fan club members and early registrants from mid-July to early August.
With "Odyssey" currently holding the No. 1 spot on Oricon's Weekly International Album Ranking and selling over 1.79 million copies since its release in May, Riize is undoubtedly one of the major rising acts in the K-pop industry today. The album, distributed by SM Entertainment, is the first full album from the group and has been successful on major music charts in Japan since its release.
