Agricultural Machinery Dealers Report Slightly Improved Satisfaction in 2025

The Federal Association of Agricultural Machinery e.V. has revealed the 2025 dealer satisfaction index (DSI) results for tractor manufacturers. Every year, manufacturers eagerly await these findings, which are based on the opinions of around 1,000 dealer colleagues across 11 European countries, including Germany. This year, overall satisfaction rose slightly to 13.4 out of 20.

The DSI survey evaluates manufacturers in 15 categories using a school grade scale. Out of the 11 evaluated manufacturers, 7 showed improvement in their results, while 4 performed worse. The European overall result will be presented at two major events: the CLIMMAR congress in October and Agritechnica 2025.

Despite the lack of specific details about which manufacturers dealers are most satisfied with, or how satisfaction has developed over recent years, the slight increase in overall satisfaction indicates a positive trend in the industry.

The DSI tractor survey provides valuable insights into dealer satisfaction, with this year's results showing a slight improvement in overall satisfaction. As the industry looks ahead to the upcoming events, manufacturers will no doubt be analysing these findings to understand how they can further improve their offerings and relationships with dealers.
