Agents from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) unexpectedly emerged from trucks during an immigration raid, drawing rebuke from Penske.

In a statement released this week, transportation services company Penske has condemned the unauthorized use of its rental trucks during a controversial immigration raid conducted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Los Angeles.

The operation, known as "Operation Trojan Horse," took place around 7 a.m. in the MacArthur Park area, resulting in the arrest of 16 illegal aliens from Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Videos and reports showed DHS agents hiding in the backs of Penske trucks during the raid, causing migrants to scatter from the parking lot.

Penske has emphasized that it strictly prohibits transporting people in the cargo area of its vehicles under any circumstances. The company was not informed or consulted prior to the DHS operation and has made it clear that the use of their trucks was unauthorized and improper.

In response, Penske has announced it will reach out to DHS to reinforce its vehicle use policies and prevent such improper use in the future. The company's formal response highlighted its no-passenger policy in cargo areas and made it clear that the use of its trucks in the immigration raid was a violation of that policy.

Federal law enforcement will continue to utilize all resources to arrest criminal illegal aliens and keep Americans safe. The location of the immigration raid in Los Angeles, where the MS-13 gang has a reported chokehold, underscores the importance of such operations.

More than a dozen individuals were taken into custody during the operation, with the arrested individuals having a combined number of convictions. The operation was a targeted raid aimed at arresting criminal illegal aliens.

Meanwhile, San Diego officials are considering implementing ICE raid training, while former Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf discusses the reaction to an illegal immigrant accused of killing a New Jersey mother and child in a drunk driving accident.

  1. The unauthorized and improper usage of Penske trucks in the immigration raid, as recorded in news reports, has prompted the company to communicate with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to reinforce its vehicle use policies and prevent such misuse.
  2. The general news in Los Angeles has been filled with discussions that involve policy-and-legislation, politics, and crime-and-justice, as the city witnessed an immigration raid, with Penske's economy-related policy violation being one of the significant issues highlighted.
