In the heart of Montreal, three unique restaurants have taken the city by storm. These are Mui Mui, Anemone, and Sae Low, each a reflection of the personality of their creator, Minh Phat Tu.

Minh Phat Tu, a visionary chef and restaurateur, opened Anemone in 2023. This experimental eatery, known for its innovative dishes, has quickly become a destination for food enthusiasts. Mui Mui, described as warm and inviting, and Sae Low, a chill café, complete the trio.

Tonight, as the sun set, Minh Phat Tu predicted a hot evening. Inside Anemone, the terrace and tables were packed during the first service, with plates of Vietnamese beef salad, duck confit dumplings, and pork ribs being served.

Minh Phat Tu and his dedicated team are busy preparing orders, ensuring each dish is a testament to their culinary expertise. The operating hours for Anemone are Wednesday to Saturday, from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Mui Mui, located on Jean-Talon Street, shares the same operating hours as Anemone. Here, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, much like the restaurant itself. As of writing, a cook position is vacant at Mui Mui, and interested parties are encouraged to apply.

Sae Low, headed by Melanie Falardeau, offers a relaxed vibe. Its operating hours are Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:30 AM to 11 PM.
