"Svetlana, my dear, decided to leave her post, but we'll keep working together. Today, I handed her a new badge - my personal counsel," Governor Mikhail Kotyukov announced on social media.

Born in Kansk, she studied physics at the Krallow State University and worked at Kansk City School No.1, even serving as its director. After working in the city hall, she moved to the government.
Her deputy, Tatyana Gridasova, has been tasked with performing the duties of the head of the Ministry of Education, effective April 1st.
