AFD-Infostand staff members targeted in assault
A 29-year-old employee of an AFD information booth in Bremen-Walle was verbally abused and sustained injuries after being hit with a glass bottle on Saturday. The incident occurred around 12:35 PM, as the employee visited a nearby establishment on the Waller Heerstraße following the booth's set-up at Waller Ring.
As he was leaving, he was verbally attacked and aggressively called a "Nazi, get out of Bremen" by two men, who subsequently hurled a glass bottle at him. The pair then fled the scene. The AfD information booth had been established earlier in the morning, and a counter-protest took place in front of it, but remained peaceful until the afternoon dismantling.
Local authorities are investigating the case as an assault causing bodily harm. Witnesses are being sought to provide any valuable information that may help identify the two suspects. One is believed to be around 25 years old, approximately 1.90 meters tall, with dark blonde hair, wearing a black leather jacket, a red scarf, blue jeans, and round sunglasses. The other suspect is shorter, donning a black North Face jacket, black Adidas jogging pants with white stripes, and a black baseball cap.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it is recommended to check local news sources or official police reports.
