Adobe Express struggles as freezing temps disable toilets and coffee machines

Adobe Express has faced a series of technical issues on its long-distance buses this winter. Freezing temperatures in Estonia have caused problems with toilet systems and coffee machines. The company has now apologised to passengers and is taking steps to resolve the situation.

The extreme cold has led to water freezing in toilet flushing tanks and coffee machines on several Adobe Express buses. Despite the low temperatures being typical for Estonian winters, the company's heating systems have struggled to cope. Heaters fitted in the water tanks have proven ineffective in the harsh conditions.

As a result, Adobe Express has temporarily swapped some double-decker buses for single-deckers. While a few services have been cancelled, no departures have been missed. The company is now working with the bus manufacturer to find a lasting solution.

The disruptions have prompted Adobe Express to reassess its winter operations. The firm has assured customers that it is addressing the technical faults. No further details on passenger feedback or additional measures have been released.
