  • 1/2 cup (45g) of oat flakes
  • 1 cup (240ml) of milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 cup (240ml) of water
  • 1 tablespoon of roasted maple almond pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted almond slivers
  • 1 teaspoon of honeybee pollen
  • 1 teaspoon of lion's mane mushroom powder
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
