Actress Teresa Palmer signs on to collaborate with Chris Hemsworth in the thriller movie 'Subversion', produced by Amazon MGM, as revealed exclusively.
In an exclusive report by our website, it has been confirmed that actress Teresa Palmer has joined the cast of the highly-anticipated submarine thriller, Subversion. The film, produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura, is set to be directed by Patrick Vollrath.
Palmer, who is represented by CAA, Entertainment 360, Shanahan Management, and Sloane Offer, has a long list of notable film roles under her belt. She has starred in Universal's The Fall Guy, Hacksaw Ridge, Warm Bodies, and Terrence Malick's Knight of Cups, among others.
Palmer will star alongside Chris Hemsworth, Lily James, Michael Peña, and Joe Cole in Subversion. The news of David Wenham, Robert John Burke, and Simone Kessell joining the cast was exclusively reported by THR last month.
Palmer's role in Subversion is not related to her upcoming credit, 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank, a crime thriller co-starring Liam Neeson, Talia Ryder, and Whitney Peak. Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg are producers for 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank.
In 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank, Palmer's role is also distinct from her part in Bear Country, a film featuring Russell Crowe, Nina Dobrev, and Aaron Paul.
Stephen Shafer and Greg Cohen serve as executive producers for di Bonaventura Pictures in Subversion. The script for the movie was written by Andrew Ferguson.
Palmer's addition to the Subversion cast follows her successful stint in AMC's A Discovery of Witches and Disney+'s The Clearing. With her versatile acting skills and the high-profile cast, Subversion is shaping up to be an exciting project.
