Hollywood icon Sharon Stone is making a grand comeback to the silver screen with her role as the main villain Lendina in the upcoming action film "Nobody 2". Set for release in August 2025, this film marks Stone's return to acting after a brief hiatus[2][3].

In an interview with "Entertainment Tonight", Stone spoke positively about her involvement with "Nobody 2", citing personal reasons connected to her family as part of her motivation[5]. The interview, conducted by "Entertainment Tonight", was published in the magazine and discussed Stone's plans to return to acting.

Regarding the much-discussed "Basic Instinct" reboot, Stone has expressed strong disapproval and skepticism. Although Amazon MGM Studios plans to reboot the iconic 1992 film, Stone does not support the idea of remaking it and conveyed a dismissive attitude toward the project in interviews, suggesting some films — such as the original "Basic Instinct" — should be left untouched[1][4].

Stone, who turned 67 this year, made her fame with her role in the 1992 erotic thriller "Basic Instinct". Her career was paused after a stroke in 2001, but she resumed her career after her children left home.

In addition to "Nobody 2", Stone will also appear alongside Bob Odenkirk in the film. Zendaya, who is 27 and also stars in "Euphoria", is also set to appear in the third season of the series, but the details of Stone's role have not been specified yet.

As Stone stated in her interview, she believes that what she leaves on the screen will last forever. This sentiment is evident in her upcoming projects, as she continues to take on challenging roles and make her mark in the film industry.
