Actor Phoebe Dynevor, renowned for her role in Bridgerton, captivates with her striking appearance in a delicate gown and bright heels on the set of her latest project.
Phoebe Dynevor, the British actress known for her roles in Netflix's Bridgerton and Crackle's Snatch, is set to star in an exciting new project. She will be joining forces with Jake Gyllenhaal in the upcoming supernatural romantic thriller Remain, directed by M. Night Shyamalan.
Remain is based on an original story co-created by Shyamalan and novelist Nicholas Sparks. The film revolves around Tate Donovan, played by Gyllenhaal, a New York architect recovering from acute depression, who encounters a mysterious woman named Wren, played by Dynevor, in Cape Cod. Wren's presence challenges Tate's beliefs about life and loss.
The production of Remain is a collaboration between M. Night Shyamalan and Ashwin Rajan under their production company, Blinding Edge Pictures. The film also boasts a screenplay by Shyamalan and a parallel novel by Sparks. The cast includes Gyllenhaal, Dynevor, Ashley Walters, and Julie Hagerty, among others.
Remain is scheduled for a theatrical release in the United States on October 23, 2026, by Warner Bros.
In a recent interview, Dynevor shared her excitement about the project, saying, "I turned 30, I shot a movie." She also added, "And I kind of thought, 'Wow, I'm in such a good place.'"
Dynevor's career in the entertainment industry began on the BBC School drama, Waterloo Road. Since then, she has landed recurring roles in BBC series Prisoners Wives and Dickensian, and more recently, she made a big break in Netflix's Bridgerton in 2020.
In addition to Remain, Dynevor will also be seen in another film, Anniversary, a family thriller with a distinct plot and different cast, unrelated to Remain.
Dynevor recently posed for Flaunt magazine on the US set of Remain, showcasing her style in a lacy dress and stilettos. She also shared that the experience was "really bizarre."
