Filip Pascal, 50-year-old powerhouse actor, lets it all hang out about his entry into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic in the upcoming The Fantastic Four: First Steps.

In a no-holds-barred chat with Collider, our man, who's renowned for his stellar performances in Wonder Woman, The Last of Us, and Game of Thrones, admits that stepping into each new blockbuster project feels like scaling Mount Everest with no oxygen tank.

He starts off, "Think you've seen the tallest mountain? Let me show you the Himalayas, my friend."

Reminiscing his journey through various grandiose narrative landscapes - like taking on Game of Thrones, DC, and Star Wars, and surviving the gaming universe's megaton blast - he declares, "Every step into the unknown is like jumping off a cliff. And damn, it's exhilarating! You learn so much, so fast, especially about the art of storytelling in gaming."

There's no denying the weight of the Marvel burden, but he finds solace and strength in his FF co-stars who are the perfect balm for trepidation and pressure.

"With this kind of responsibility resting on your shoulders, it's essential to connect with your comrades, the masterminds behind the unique vision of our take on the Fantastic Four – yeah, that's MCU for ya," he elaborates.

"These folks, they're like a warm blanket hug, a steady anchor in the stormy sea of apprehension. Best damn thing since sliced bread, I tell ya," he beams.

And so, with his fellow heroes by his side, Pedro tackles his most daunting climb yet, ready to take on even the mightiest of cosmic threats!
