Actress Kelley Mack Passes Away at 33
Actress Kelley Mack, best known for her role as Addy in the AMC series "The Walking Dead," has tragically passed away at the age of 33 after a battle with a rare form of brain cancer.
Mack's family announced her passing in an Instagram post, expressing their sadness and sharing memories of their beloved daughter and sister. Her mother and aunt were by her side until the end.
Born as Kelley Lynne Klebenow in Cincinnati on July 10, 1992, Mack grew up in various places, including Wyoming (Ohio), Charlotte (North Carolina), and Hinsdale (Illinois). She later moved to Los Angeles where she lived and worked for the last eleven years.
Mack studied film at the Dodge College of Film at Chapman University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2014. Her early experience in front of the camera earned her an award for her role as Chloe in "The Elephant Garden," a film that also won the Student Visionary Award at the Tribeca Film Festival.
In addition to her role in "The Walking Dead," Mack had guest appearances in the TV series "9-1-1" in 2019 and "Chicago Med" in 2022. She also worked on films such as "Broadcast Signal Intrusion," "Delicate Arch," and the yet-to-be-released film "Universal," on which she also served as an executive producer.
Mack's passing has left a void in the entertainment industry, but her legacy will live on through her work. A memorial service for Mack will be held on August 16 in Ohio, where she was born and raised.
