The Lively v Wayfarer Studios trial has officially been set for March 2026. Meanwhile, Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, have filed a separate $400 million lawsuit against the insurers of "It Ends With Us" for breach of contract, claiming they refused to cover legal costs arising from Lively's lawsuit.
Justin Baldoni was also in attendance at Lively's deposition, marking the first time the two had encountered each other since the legal battle began. Despite the ongoing disagreements, no specific future court dates beyond this deposition have been detailed publicly.
