Revamped Texas Tragedy: The Untimely Demise of Voice Actor Jonathan Joss
The bustling realm of entertainment has been hit hard by a shocking turn of events, as one of the beloved voice actors from the iconic animated comedy, King of the Hill, sadly met his end in a senseless act of violence. Jonathan Joss, the man behind John Redcorn, was gunned down in a heated incident at his residence in San Antonio, Texas, leaving the entertainment community in mourning.
According to accounts from TMZ and eyewitnesses, Joss and his neighbor, Sigfredo Alvarez-Cega, engaged in a heated argument on the south side of the city on Sunday night. Alvarez-Cega, armed with a deadly weapon, allegedly fired multiple shots that struck Joss, causing his tragic and untimely death.
Authorities were promptly notified of the disturbance and matter-of-factly tracked down Alvarez-Cega, who was soon arrested and charged with murder. His bond has reportedly been set at an amount of $200,000, and police are currently questioning witnesses to ascertain the root cause of the argument.
Paramedics were swiftly summoned to the scene, but their efforts to revive Joss proved futile as he was later pronounced dead at the residence.
In a peculiar twist, Joss was reportedly present during the King of the Hill's CCXP panel in Mexico City over the weekend, where he allegedly spoke about the passing of another voice actor, Johnny Hardwick. The affable actor's role as Dale Gribble in the revival will be taken up by Toby Huss.
